Customer satisfaction is always our high priority. Our service quality is guaranteed, however, if you are not satisfied with the service you received, we can provide Customer with refund.
In order to get a refund Customer must fit all Tarlun criteria below:
Claim for refund within 14 days from the date when payment was done for the certain service.
Send email that confirms refund eligibility.
Receive Tarlun approval that his /her request was taken into consideration.
Wait for the final decision.
Expect for the refund within 5-10 business days (if such was confirmed by Tarlun).
Customer & Tarlun relations
Providing Tarlun service, we follow the Consumer Rights Directive of 2011 for the European Union and guarantee the refund if Customer reach us according to established timeframes (no longer than 14 days from the purchase date).
Tarlun promised that within first 5 days after registration Customer`s card will not be charged subscription fees.
Customer can cancel subscription within first 5 days and no future charges will occur on the card.
Cancellation can be done directly on the web site or contacting Customer Support department.
If Customer decided to cancel subscription, Tarlun guarantee that no more changes will occur on the bank statement after cancellation.
Tarlun is not responsible for any additional charges from the Customer`s bank account.
If the service provided by Tarlun was used by the Customer, Tarlun has a right to refund only initial payment.
Tarlun has a right to request additional information in order to identify Customer`s relation to Tarlun.
If Customer can`t provide with such information, Tarlun has a full right to refuse refund request.
Tarlun can do a partial refund in special cases.
In case of chargeback Tarlun can`t be responsible for refund timeline.
This policy can be modified by Tarlun.
If Customer doesn`t agree or can`t accept given statements he/ she is recommended not to use Tarlun services.
